Whole wheat spelt flour bread without yeast

500 g of whole wheat spelt flour (maybe extra 2-3 tbsp )
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbls sunflower seeds
200 g of yogurt
pinch of salt (optional)


Mix the flour, soda, oil, maple syrup, seeds and salt if using. .

Dissolve the yogurt with water so that it is a total of 650 gr.

Add it to our solid ingredients and mix well with a whisk.

Our mixture will be quite watery, you don’t need more flour.

Place in a cake or bread pan some parchment paper and pour in the bread batter,
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 – 11/2 hour.

Take it out, leave it to cool a bit and place it on a cookie tray so that it does not collect water vapor from the pan.
