Quinoa Tabbouleh

  • 1 cup boiled quinoa cooled (I used mixed quinoa)
  • one large tomato chopped
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 2 fresh onions chopped
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • olive oil
  • juice of 2-3 small lemons
  • 1 tablespoon zaatar mix
  • salt and pepper to taste.

once quinoa is cooled mix everything together and let sit 20 minutes[/vc_column_text][vc_text_separator title=”RELATED PRODUCTS”]
