Nettle Tea

Dissolves uric acid. Valuable for gallstones. It is good for bleeding, anemia, weakness of the body, arthritis, cystitis, diarrhea. It also increases the milk of nursing mothers and stops hair loss.

Use 1 tablespoon of dried nettles per cup of boiled water. Steep 15 minutes to several hours. Drink 1-3 cups a day. You can make a large batch of tea and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It is fine to drink the tea hot or cold. Nettle blends well with mint.
