This special edition sauce is inspired by the famous Mexican dish, Mole Poblano. It contains a mix of sweet and savoury ingredients including sesame, cocoa, dates, cinnamon, agave and grape juice, as well as extremely hot Chocolate Bhutlah chilis and nutty Mexican Pulla chilis.
Ingredients
Vinegar, grape juice, chocolate bhutlah chilis (10%), pulla chilis, onions, dates, agave syrup, sesame, cacao, pomegranate juice, mixed spices (chilis, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, oregano, nutmeg, cloves), olive oil, salt.
Taste
Rich and chocolatey, notes of cinnamon and cumin. The fruity flavour of the bhutlah chili develops after the first taste.
