1 kg oyster mushrooms sliced in 1 inch pieces
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon crushed mushroom sea salt
2 tablespoons orange balsamic cream
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon garlic granules
2 black garlic cloves chopped
Mix all the ingredients except mushrooms to make a marinade. Add mushrooms and mix all together and marinade for one hour.
Preheat oven grill to 250C
grill about 10-15 minutes on each side.
