Ingredients :
2 cucumbers sliced
1 small onion, cut into rings
1 parsley bunch finely chopped
5 iceberg lettuce leaves
3 radishes, thinly sliced
2 cabbage leaves shredded
1 red cabbage leaf shredded
4 medium tomatoes, diced
For the dressing:
1 garlic crushed
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons pomegrante molasses
1 teaspoon salt
1 large loaf pita bread
½ teaspoon sumac
Directions:
- Cut pita bread into medium size squares and toast in the oven
- Mix all the vegetables in a big salad bowl. Add the garlic, olive oil lemon juice,sumac , salt, and pomegranate molasses.
- Add the toasted pita bread to the salad. Mix and serve immediately.
