Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Flour
  • 1 ¼ Coconut sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups black currants/sultans
  • 1-2 Tbls Ground cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180C
