Healthy chicken burgers

500gr Boneless and skinless chicken thighs

1 small dry onion

2 medium carrots

3-4 fresh spring onions

1 small bunch of parsley washed

1 garlic clove

2 eggs beaten

1 cup almond flour or more if needed

2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

salt and pepper


Place chicken thighs in a blender and blend till well minced. Place chicken in a bowl. Wash blender and add onions, carrots , garlic, parsley blend till finely chopped , then add the rest of the ingredients. Add mixture to minced chicken and mix well with hands until well combined. Form burgers and grill them about 10 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked. Serve with Cheese, caramelized onions and sliced tomatoes and side dish with some coleslaw. It goes great with Black garlic ketchup,
