Greek noodles with feta cheese soup

Ingredients:

500gr Greek noodles ( Xylopites)

2- 2 1/2 litres water

salt and pepper to taste

100gr-150gr feta cheese

Directions:

Add water to a pot and season with salt and pepper to taste. Once it starts to boil, add noodles and cook according to package directions. Once the noodles have cook turn off the heat and add chunks of feta cheese. Add some salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

note: If the soup is too thick add some boiling water.
