350gr feta cheese crumbled
150 gr cheddar cheese grated
200gr low-fat yogurt
130 gr sunflower oil
5 chopped green onions
1/2 bunch dill chopped
freshly ground pepper
500 grams of all purpose flour sifted
2 Tbls baking powder
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
olive oil for the pan
Preheat oven at 170°C
For the cheese pie, first beat the eggs in a bowl with the whisk about 3 minutes. Add the yogurt, sunflower oil and milk whisk another 2 minutes. Grate plenty of pepper. Add the dill, onions, cheddar cheese and feta cheese. Finally add the sifted flour and baking powder mix them by hand or with a wooden spoon
Grease a baking tray 9×13 inch and sprinkle with half the breadcrumbs. Pour the mixture. Flatten it with a spoon. Sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.
Bake the cheese pie in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50΄, until golden brown.
Note: Instead of cheddar cheese you can jusy add 500gr feta cheese.
