Garlic bread dip

4-6 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
250 g of stale wheat bread
some salt

Place bread in a bowl with warm water and let soak 5 minuts. Drain bread and remove the excess water. Peel the garlic cloves and place them into the blender, add salt, oil and water and beat at high speed. Then add the bread while still on into the blender hole. Blend until smooth. Stop the blender, open it and scrap down the sides. Beat again until the bread has melted well. Taste and adjust salt to taste.

If your mixture is too thick just add a bit of water
