750gr Zucchini thickly grated

1.Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater directly into a small greased pan with some oil (sprinkle some polenta as well, This will make it crispy on the bottom), do not squeeze the excess water, we need it so the polenta can cook in the oven, and simply add the remaining ingredients except the feta cheese and mix well with your hands.
2.Add the feta cheese, spread the pita by hand, sprinkle with some bread crumbs
3.Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 45′ to 60′ It is ready as soon as it has a nice golden colour. Enjoy!
