1 kg of cod
600 g potatoes
6 celery stalks
100 ml of olive oil
150 ml of water
2 lemons the juice
2 tbsp flour
Dash of hot pepper flakes *optional
Clean and slice the potatoes in round wedges.
Clean and slice the leeks
Clean and slice celery stalks 2-3 cm
In a deep pan plave first the sliced potatoes, then the leeks, the celery and on top the fish.
Season with the olive oil and water. Add salt and pepper and cover the pan. Place the pan over high heat, once it starts to boil, lower the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes. Don’t mix the food.
For the lemon sauce.
Beat the lemon juice with the flour and slowly add some of the juice from the pan. Once the fish has cooked, add the lemon sauce and let simmer 2-3 minutes sprinkle with pepper flakes and serve.
