In a blender mix the tahini, raisins, dates, cocoa, the goji berries, zest and orange juice until well blended. (try the mixture if you want it sweeter add honey )
Then add the chia seeds and mix with a spoon to go everywhere. Let the mixture stand covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then make little balls and roll them in the topping of your choice, I used crushed chocolate waffers.
Place them in a bowl with a lid and keep in the fridge.
Ingredients (for 25-30 balls)
- 300 g tahini
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 12 dates
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1 Tbs of cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup. orange juice
- zest of one orange
