Chicken Mango jam

4 Chicken thighs bone in skin off



garlic granules

1 cup Mango jam ( or more if you want it sweeter)

preheat oven at 220c , Place chicken thighs in a pan lined with parchment paper, season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic granules. Bake chicken in oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and just cooked through.

Raise oven heat to 250c

Remove chicken from oven and coat the chicken with the mango jam. Place back in oven and cook for another 15 -20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Serve with brown rice 🙂
