Octopus balls

  • 1 kilo octopus grounded in a mixer
  • 300 grams breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  •  2 Tbls Dill  chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parsley  chopped
  • pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • flour for frying

Mix all the ingredients together, heat oil well, make into small balls , dip in flour and fry till golden brown on all sides.

Serve with lemon juice
